Donovan Edwards

Donovan Edwards is the Owner and General Contractor of Refurb Philly Construction Services. With over 15 years of construction experience, Donovan has successfully managed projects ranging from residential renovations and additions to full property rehabilitations. A graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School, he has extensive knowledge in all phases of construction, including framing, roofing, structural repairs, remodeling, project management, and coordinating electrical and plumbing work.

In addition to his construction expertise, Donovan is co-owner of Edwards Property Management Group (EPMG), a successful property management company that oversees dozens of residential properties throughout the Philadelphia area. His experience as both a contractor and property owner allows him to provide practical, cost-effective solutions that maximize property value and long-term performance.

Heather Massey

Heather Massey serves as Co-Owner and Customer Liaison for Refurb Philly Construction Services. A graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School, she earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and brings more than five years of experience in the construction industry.

Heather specializes in client relations, project coordination, scheduling, and communication. Her educational and professional background enables her to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring clients remain informed throughout every phase of their project.

Heather is also co-owner of Edwards Property Management Group (EPMG), where she helps oversee dozens of properties throughout the Philadelphia region. Her experience managing property operations and client relationships contributes to the high level of service Refurb Philly Construction Services provides.

Together, Donovan and Heather combine expertise in construction, real estate, and property management to deliver quality workmanship, transparent communication, and reliable service.
